Design Wall Monday

On my Design Wall today, I have Raspberry Jam. I got the top quilted late last week and finished the binding today while sitting on the back porch.

Next in line is the I Spy Quilt, that one is quilted too and just needs binding.

Design Wall Monday on Thursday . . . don't judge me!

Hi, thanks to Judy at Small Quilts and Doll Quilts for taking over the reins for Design Wall Monday!

On my Design Wall I have a finished top, it's an I Spy Quilt that I found on Pinterest and fell in love with! This is 1 of 4 for my children and their families, and one to kept at Grandma's house.

On the frame, I have one of my May UFO's, Raspberry Jam, from Heather Mulder Petersons book On a Roll.  I love this quilt and the fabric in it!

Design Wall Monday

Today on my design wall I have an I Spy Quilt that I found on Pinterest.  I have to make 3 of these (one for each of my childrens families).  I will be travelling to Alaska in July to visit my son and his family and hope to have it done before I leave.
I try taking pictures of my design wall in black and white to make sure the contrast is there . . .

UFO Challenge - April 2017

This was another productive month, yay!  I've been a quilter on a mission, I even finished an additional UFO this month too!  Here's my progress:

First up is Freeze Frame, a Judy L QFAH Project from September of 2009

Next up is another Hawaiian Quilt (2 of 4)

This is my Postage Stamp Quilt that I've been working on for many years.  It's huge, 116 inches square.  I am gifting this quilt to my oncologist this afternoon, I hope he loves it as much as I do!

Last, but not least, I had to finish this quilt as it's for one of my twin granddaughters.  I completed her sisters last month and did not want to gift it until they were both done!

I'm beyond excited that I was able to finish everything in April, I hope May is as productive. Check out what everyone else finished in April at Judy L's Patchwork Times.
