Well, it was a wonderful 2 weeks while it lasted! Now we are back home and have had to hit the ground running. My other daughter, her husband and their twins came back with us, so there is lots to be done - a visit to Amish Country, a visit to Cedar Point, a couple of days at Kalahari, a trip to West Virginia to Homer Laughlin for the Fiestaware Tent Sale, oh, the list goes on and on. Here are a few pics from our 2 weeks in New England.
This pic was taken right after our flight into Boston - we just had to made a pit stop at Faneuil Hall for lunch. Almost lost my lunch afterwards though when we went to pay for parking . . . a whopping $34 (of course that was AFTER the restaurtant validated the ticket).
Here is a pic of Sophia eating one of favorite New England treats, a Drakes Devil Dog . . .just for the record, I did not give it to her, my husband did, and I almost inflicted boldily harm on him because like I said, they are my favorite and I don't like to share
The girls are so happy to see us!
Here is Grandpa and Sophia looking for seashells and trying to catch seagulls!
