Design Wall Monday

Yippee, it's my favorite day of the week - Design Wall Monday! I have both sides of my Design Wall going this week. On one side I have some of the in-progress blocks from Bonnie Hunter's Carolina Christmas Mystery and the other side holds a few of the 100 D9P (Disappearing 9 Patch) blocks from an online swap. I am trying to determine if I will sash them or just lump them all together as they are on the wall now . . . decisions, decisions, decisions! Be sure to check out what everyone else has on their Design Wall at JulyL's Patchwork Times!

I think I like the D9P as is, without any sashing. The colors just have a wonderful play around them and a sahing would disrupt that....

I, too, like the D9P as it is, just lovely.

Do the D9P as is, its fabulous. I haven't even started my Carolina Christmas...well, I have pulled some stash and bought the fabrics I didn't already have.

We have parallel quilting lives!! :)
I am working on the same 2 projects!
Today I finished the red/aqua borders, basted and started quilting.

The 2 quilts will turn great. I specially like your blocks for Carolina Christmas. I'll look forward to see it done.
Thanks for your visit to my blog.
Hugs from Brazil.

I sure like Carolina Christmas - don't you? I have not tried a disappearing 9 patch but it is on my list.
